Job Description The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both current and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

n Video Investment and Execution:
n Prepare reports for clients on national accounts (Tracking, GRP, Posts)
n Ensure that DDS and GRP charts reflect most updated brand requirements
n Communication with networks regarding client's scheduling
n Ensure that move requests have been requested and are being followed up on daily
n Organize all upfront information into summary documents (i.e. "Roll-Ups")
n Analyze upfront plans, execute options and sell-off requests , negotiate scatter buys and prepare scatter buy recommendations
n Ensure that allocations match flighting/$'s/GRP requirements
n Prepare Monthly Spending Reports
n Client & Internal Relationships:
n Maintain special client related projects (i.e. Marketplace updates)
n Develop and maintain relationships with network sales executives
n Assist in managing expectations of clients and their deliverables
n Work with supervisor to develop and oversee junior staff, manage time, assure projects are completed on time and adhere to budget
n Keeps up with the latest trends in media, programming, and ratings
n Informs client/team of new opportunities or issues
n Participates and leads,



if appropriate, face to face client meetings
n Builds positive relationships with internal and external teams and sets good example for associate level
n Strategic Thinking & Leadership:
n Develop and oversee Associates; conduct training, manage time, assure projects are completed on time and adhere to budget
n Instruct and develop Associates knowledge of television media, negotiation skills and DDS programs
n May be responsible for constructing and delivering accurate, honest and timely performance management documents
n Works with management team (Supervisor/Group Director) to develop strategies for media buys
n Shares new and relevant advertising opportunities in written and verbal form to the media department
n Communications Skills:
n Expresses oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
n Writes in a clear, compelling and concise manner
n Organizes ideas and information logically and sequentially
n Assists in the development of media presentations and tactical POVs
n Develops client reports that are clear, compelling and persuasive
n Moves audience to desired action through clear and persuasive delivery of information
n Insures key information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc.
n Qualifications

n Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
