n We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team and act as the primary
n point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth onboarding
n experience, maintain strong client relationships, and drive customer satisfaction and
n retention.
n Key Responsibilities
n ∙Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day
n communications.
n ∙Ensure successful product adoption, and address their initial queries for customers
n ∙Understand customer needs and provide timely solutions or escalate to the technical
n team when required.
n ∙Maintain and track client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
n ∙Collect feedback from customers to improve products, services, and processes.
n ∙Work closely with the sales and product teams to support customer requirements and
n identify upsell opportunities.
n Required Skills & Qualifications
n ∙Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BE, or related fields preferred).




n ∙0–1 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, or Support roles.
n ∙Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
n ∙Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
n ∙Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
