About Role
We are looking for a certified Fitness Coach who is passionate about strength training, exercise science, and helping clients achieve sustainable body transformations. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in personal training or exercise science who can independently design personalized workout programs, create nutrition plans, and coach clients through their complete fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one online fitness consultations.
Design personalized workout programs based on client goals, fitness levels, and physical limitations.
Create personalized diet plans to support weight loss, muscle gain, and body recomposition goals.
Manually calculate BMR, TDEE, calorie requirements, and macronutrients for customized nutrition planning.
Monitor client progress and regularly modify workout and nutrition plans based on results.
Provide continuous coaching, motivation, and accountability throughout the client's transformation journey.
Maintain accurate client records and progress documentation.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fitness Coach or Personal Trainer .
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Physical Education, Exercise Physiology,



or a related field OR an internationally recognized fitness certification.
Certifications such as ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, K11, or equivalent will be preferred.
Experience creating personalized workout programs and nutrition plans.
Experience manually calculating BMR, TDEE, calorie requirements, and macronutrients.
Strong English communication skills and confidence in conducting online coaching sessions.
Experience coaching working professionals for weight loss, muscle gain, or body recomposition through online coaching.
Passionate about fitness, maintains an active training lifestyle, and leads by example.
Excellent communication, client accountability, and progress-tracking skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹33,000 per month
