At Rilith, we are hiring for the Operations Manager – AI Data role. We are looking for highly energetic candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Own our channels to hire partners as per project requirements
Assist in the hiring process of internal team members
Own the operations of Data projects:
Manage the workforce during projects to achieve targets on time
Liaise with the workforce and clients
Own the pipeline for collaborating with recent partners and environments
Handle data operations efficiently
Ability to work across different time zones (US specifically)
