About the Position

As a Financial Controller – Europe, you will be a key member of the European Financial Controlling team, partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries while working from our Bengaluru office. Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in leading financial control activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening compliance, and driving continuous process improvements across the European business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly accomplished finance professional with 10+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, Plant Controlling, or Record-to-Report (R2R) within a multinational organization. You will bring solid technical accounting expertise, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (BlackLine is an added advantage), deep knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, and external audits, along with exceptional business partnering skills to support a dynamic international finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Control & Reporting




- Own the Balance Sheet and P&L; reporting for European legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
- Lead month-end close activities, providing meaningful insights into overheads, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Drive financial control activities while ensuring robust governance and compliance across the business.
- Lead local statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit-related activities.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Regional Financial Controllers, Commercial Finance, Treasury, Tax, Supply Chain, and Group Finance teams across Europe.
- Communicate financial results and insights effectively to senior stakeholders, supporting informed business decisions.
- Build trusted relationships across a virtual global finance organization.
