- Execute equity & derivatives trades via digital platforms with accuracy.
- Handle online clients, resolve trading queries, and provide basic market guidance.
- Drive brokerage revenue through active client engagement and trade volume.
- Activate dormant clients and improve retention.
- Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, Insurance, PMS/AIF, Margin Funding (MTF).
- Ensure compliance with SEBI and internal risk policies.
- Support clients in using trading apps/web platforms.
