About the role
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Wati, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.



You'll work across multiple global markets, own the full campaign lifecycle from brief to report, and bring both analytical rigour and creative instinct to everything you do. This role is for someone who lives and breathes performance, stays ahead of platform changes, and can turn data into actionable insights fast.

What you'll do
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, Demand Gen), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels
- Own campaign performance end-to-end — from creative briefs and audience targeting to bid strategy, budget allocation, and A/B testing
- Monitor daily performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates across all markets
- Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, beta features, and industry trends — and be the first to test what's current
