Job Description:
- Assessing client demand across various debt products as per regulatory investment framework. Building sales book for catering to client demands profitably.
- Sourcing illiquid securities from direct clients and thru broking market and striking back to back trades to earn risk-free margin.
- Underwriting and participation in non SLR issuances. Strive to be in the Prime Ranking table of non SLR arrangers.
- Soliciting client bids for all kinds of debt auctions through regular client engagement.
- Responsible for franchise building by regularly interacting with counterparts and clients.
- Generate fee income through participation in primary debt issuances.
- Earn margin income through secondary market turn-over while facilitating client requirement of all kind of debt products.
- Liaison DCM, Kotak Wealth, BMU and Corporate Banking for their debt market requirements
- Responsible for client facing Interest rate trading by participating in GSec and permissible Credit products to maximise profit, while adhering to all processes, rules and guidelines.
- Add recent clients to bank’s relationship portfolio and solicit new business opportunities.
- Process related to on boarding of new clients including KYC, systems and limits setup etc.
