•Manage the project from Concept development, Designing, Presentations & Overlooking Site Execution
•Coordinate with Consultants, Site & Clients.
•Manage Material Selection Preparing project brief and area statement for a project.
•Identify consulting Architects for a project and providing relevant scope of work.
•Help in Preparation of BOQ.
•Scrutinize all drawings before being sent on site
•Make regular site visits and resolving any design related issues at site.
•Keep track of project schedule and possession dates.
•Prepare of layout drawings and details.
•Co-ordinate with marketing and sales department to provide all necessary information like
sale plans, allotments, etc.
•Co-ordinate with clients & contractors to carry out work in accordance to design intent.
•Keep all construction drawings and documents in orderly manner.
•Should be able to understand MEP / HVAC Designs
