The Role:
Lead Software Development Engineer in Test is responsible for working with SW QA and SW development teams to develop a platform for test automation.

Your Contribution:
- Develop solutions in solving complex automation needs for testing, release engineering.
- Architect the next evolution of our testing frameworks and libraries.
- Advocate best programming design and testing practices.
- Help improve software developer and testing productivity by implementing intuitive supporting tools, modules-based techniques.
- Actively engage with developer and QA teams to ensure we are delivering tools that make their lives easier.
- Automate android based CollabOS software /features including the test infrastruture/environment.

Your Qualifications and Skills:
- 8 to 10 years in software development.
- Extensive experience in programming with Python and web frontend library like vue/vuetify




- Experience in testing the firmware or operating system running on webcams, drones, android devices, a/v systems
- Proficiency in design and execute testing on HDMI, VIdeo quality, Audio Quality, USB and debugging on android (adb), linux, macOS and Windows systems.
- Strong software engineering foundations, and experience in writing software, supporting tools, services and application of opencv/gstreamer Strong object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms coding skills.
- Experience in any of the automation tools like android UIAutomator, Selenium, PlayWright,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to evaluate and implement testing tools as per the organization's needs.
- Experience in building and running test environments.
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies and tools.
