Job Description:
We are seeking a energetic and motivated Civil / Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the structural design of steel and RCC structures for industrial facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience to develop their skills in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the structural analysis and design of steel and RCC structures for industrial projects.

Prepare detailed design calculations and reports.

Develop and review structural drawings and specifications.

Work closely with architects, mechanical engineers, and project teams to ensure structural integrity and compliance with industry standards.

Conduct site visits and inspections as required to monitor project progress.

Ensure adherence to relevant codes, safety standards, and best practices in civil engineering.

Utilize structural analysis software and other engineering tools for design and evaluation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (B.E.) in Civil Engineering.

0-1 year of experience in structural design, preferably in industrial projects.

Basic understanding of structural design principles and industry standards (IS codes, ACI, AISC, etc.).

Proficiency in structural analysis software such as STAAD Pro (mandatory), ETABS, or SAP2000

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Good communication and report-writing skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

Internship or project experience in structural design.

Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit for structural drafting.
