Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Quality Control Inspector to ensure the highest standards of quality in our injection molding operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in inspecting products, identifying defects, and maintaining compliance with quality specifications in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed inspections of injection-molded parts for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and defects.
- Use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications.
- Analyze production samples and document inspection results.
- Identify and report non-conformities, working with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety protocols.




- Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality reports.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control within injection molding.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes and materials.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with production staff.
- 8 Hours Duty
- Salary: 18k - 23k based on experience
- 1 Lady preferred for the role
