About the Role
The Regional Director, Student Recruitment role represents an unparalleled chance to make a significant and lasting impact in a high growth business. The Regional Director will bring strategic vision, focus and innovation to enable future growth in a competitive market.
This is a key role working on the creation, implementation and delivery of International Student Recruitment Strategy,



with a particular and immediate focus managing and developing regional based team to lead on the establishment and cultivation of B2B agency partnerships, leading schools, governments and other channels for the recruitment of international students.
The post holder is responsible for developing and executing activities to achieve international student recruitment targets, developing existing and future international target markets and ensuring a smooth and effective integration with the respective institution.
The successful candidate will be based ideally in their home country and must have experience working in and managing small, high performing teams in a fast-moving environment, and will be able to communicate with our stakeholders with tact and diplomacy.
