n Role Overview
n We are looking for a seasoned Senior Copywriter with strong expertise across product UX writing, CRM communications, and performance marketing content. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented writer who can craft compelling, user-centric content across digital touchpoints, while ensuring adherence to brand, legal, and underwriting guidelines.
n Key Responsibilities
n Product & UX Writing
n Develop clear, intuitive, and user-friendly UI/UX copy across digital journeys including apps and web platforms
n Enhance user experience through effective microcopy, onboarding flows, tooltips, and transactional messaging
n Collaborate closely with product, design, and tech teams to optimise user journeys and conversion outcomes
n CRM & Customer Engagement
n Own and drive end-to-end content creation for CRM channels including email, WhatsApp, and RCS
n Build engaging, insight-led communication that improves customer engagement, retention, and actionability
n Ensure tonal consistency while adapting messaging to different audience cohorts and lifecycle stages
n Performance Marketing & Paid Content




n Create high-performing ad copies and campaign messaging across digital platforms
n SEO & Performance Writing: Write content optimized for search and digital performance - ensuring discoverability without compromising creativity.
n Develop content for web banners, paid creatives, and platform-specific formats
n Partner with performance marketing teams to deliver conversion-focused communication
n Quality, Compliance & Brand Governance
n Ensure all content aligns with legal, underwriting, and regulatory requirements
n Maintain consistency with brand voice and messaging standards across all outputs
n Deliver high-quality work within defined timelines and stakeholder expectations
n Strategy & Content Excellence
n Contribute to the development of content frameworks, messaging systems, and design-led initiatives
