Job Description Designation - Associate -Government Relations
n Location - Pune and Mumbai
n About the Role-
n Chaitra Creations and Consultancy Services LLP partners with State Government departments and private organizations to execute strategic projects across Maharashtra.
n Role Summary-
n The role involves building and maintaining relationships with government departments, identifying business opportunities, coordinating documentation and approvals, and acting as the company's primary liaison with government authorities.
n Key Responsibilities -
n Government Relations & Business Development
n n Build relationships across government offices at all levels.
n Identify and pursue government projects, empanelment's, and partnership opportunities.
n Represent the company in meetings and official forums.
n Track government priorities and align company offerings accordingly.
n n Documentation & Coordination
n n Prepare and manage proposals, applications and official correspondence.
n Ensure timely submission and follow-up of government files and approvals.
n Maintain records of communications, approvals, and pending matters.
n n Policy & Regulatory Support
n n Monitor government policies, schemes, and notifications relevant to the business.
n Support leadership with policy insights and regulatory updates.
n Guide internal teams on procedural and compliance requirements.
n n Eligibility
n n Graduate in any discipline (Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or related fields preferred).
n Optional - MPSC/UPSC Civil Services aspirants with at least 3 responsible attempts (Mains appearance preferred).
n n Skills
n n Strong understanding of Government administration and departmental hierarchy.
n Knowledge of government procedures and file movement.
n Excellent communication and drafting skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
n Strong networking, coordination, and relationship management abilities.
n Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
n n Experience
n n Prior experience in government partnership, public relations, or administrative coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
