YouTube Channel Manager – International Content

Only candidates with prior YouTube channel management experience, a passion for digital media and content creation, and the ability to work full-time from our Hyderabad office in a quick-paced content environment should apply.

We are hiring a smart, creative, and highly motivated YouTube Channel Manager for our international YouTube channels. The role includes content planning, trend research, video publishing, title and thumbnail optimization, audience retention analysis, channel performance monitoring, content strategy execution, competitor research, and overall channel growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, international audience behavior, viral content trends, and analytics, with the ability to contribute ideas that help scale channels and maximize views, watch time,



and revenue.

Location: Hyderabad – Srinagar Colony
Full Time | Work From Office Only
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Salary: ₹30,000 Per Month
Performance Incentives Applicable Based on Revenue & Channel Growth

Requirements:

✔️ Experience in YouTube Channel Management
✔️ Understanding of international YouTube trends and audience psychology
✔️ Video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Canva or similar tools)
✔️ Scripting and content writing knowledge
✔️ Good English understanding and communication skills
✔️ Ability to identify viral topics and monitor trends regularly
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to handle multiple YouTube-related tasks efficiently
