Job Description We're Hiring: Site Project Manager (GIS & Drone Survey Operations)
n Are you someone who can seamlessly manage clients, field survey operations, GIS workflows, and project execution—all while ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time project completion?
n We're looking for a Site Project Manager to lead drone-based surveying and geospatial projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive successful project execution from planning to delivery.
n Location: Multiple Project Sites Across India
n Employment Type: Full-Time

n Key Responsibilities
n Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and internal teams
n Plan, coordinate, and monitor site activities to ensure timely project execution
n Manage client communication, project updates, escalations, and stakeholder expectations
n Lead drone survey operations, baseline surveys, stockyard mapping, and stockpile boundary creation
n Supervise DGPS/GNSS surveys, Ground Control Point (GCP) establishment, and coordinate system management
n Ensure survey quality, spatial accuracy, and compliance with project standards
n Process and validate geospatial outputs including:
n • Orthomosaic
n • DEM/DTM
n • Point Clouds
n • Stockpile Boundaries




n Perform volumetric analysis, stockpile calculations, change detection, and movement analysis
n Conduct QA/QC of geospatial deliverables, RMSE validation, and volume reconciliation
n Generate survey reports, maps, GIS deliverables, and project documentation
n Coordinate drone pilots, survey teams, and technical resources to ensure operational efficiency
n Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
