Job Description Position Summary:
n We are seeking a Bank Loan Closer with 3-5 years of experience, preferably acquired at a buy-side firm, and solid bank loan settlement experience. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to learn and interact across our Middle Office teams and work closely with clients' onshore loan settlements team in NY.
n Responsibilities:
n n Oversight of all bank loan settlements based on the assigned issuers including -
n Managing open trades with counterparties / agents for execution
n Cash management across warehouses / funds ahead of settlements
n Weekly open trade reporting
n Working with onshore team regarding all bank loan settlements and answering queries
n n Qualifications:
n n 3-5 years in a similar role at a buy-side firm.
n Excellent communications skills
n Robust Excel and technology skills
n Knowledge of bank loan operations
n Knowledge of Bank Loan closings, restructurings, and other non-vanilla transactions
n Knowledge of Wall Street Office administrator or other portfolio administration system modules is strongly preferred
