n Job Description / Responsibilities:
n n Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences
n Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
n Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
n Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles
n Excellent portfolio of previous works
n Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
n n Requirements :
n n You must have min 3 plus years of experience in residential projects
n Modular Interior experience is must
n Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
n Experience in handling clients and handling projects independently
n Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up
n Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.
n n Qualification:
n n Academic: Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch
n n Technical / Skilled:
n n Interior Designer
