As a Proctoring Associate , you’ll join this journey at the intersection of innovation and fairness. What You’ll Do:
Monitor live technical interviews on Zoom, Google Meet, or our platform
Intervene or flag issues when AI hits an edge case or makes a mistake
Troubleshoot problems related to bot performance, timing,



or user experience
Record and escalate any suspicious behaviour or platform bugs
Provide quick, clear summaries after each session
Work closely with the AI team to suggest fixes, improvements, or new features
Contribute to improving fairness by calibrating question logic and evaluation criteria
Maintain internal documentation of known issues, fixes, and best practices
Handle escalated customer queries or interview support needs
Stay current on current trends in AI interviewing and automation

What You Need:

A laptop, strong internet, and a quiet space
Great attention to detail and quick reflexes
Ability to follow structured SOPs and escalate issues clearly
Bonus: Experience in proctoring, live support, tech interviews, or customer handling.

Note : Interested candidates should be able to give minimum of 5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
