n Role Overview -
n Lead regional business operations, portfolio growth, and operational excellence for a luxury hospitality business. Drive revenue, profitability, property onboarding, guest experience, and owner satisfaction while leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead end-to-end regional operations across multiple locations.
n Drive portfolio expansion and property acquisition.
n Manage guest experience, homeowner relations, housekeeping, F&B;, concierge, maintenance, and vendor operations.
n Develop and execute revenue growth and profitability strategies.
n Oversee budgeting, forecasting, OPEX/CAPEX, and cost optimisation.
n Build and manage a robust vendor and procurement ecosystem.
n Establish operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.




n Built a profitable villa maintenance unit with SOPs, pricing models, and preventive/corrective systems to enhance homeowner satisfaction.
n Implement SOPs, process improvements, and training programmes.
n Ensure operational compliance, quality standards, and safety regulations.
n Lead, mentor, and develop large multi-city teams.
n n Ideal Candidate
n n Strong leadership experience in luxury hospitality, vacation rentals, hotels, resorts, or premium real estate operations.
n Proven track record of managing multi-location operations and large teams.
n Expertise in revenue management, operational excellence, and process optimisation.
n Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
n Data-driven decision-maker with excellent stakeholder management skills.
