n n Providing training in curriculum implementation
n Conducting center visits for operational support
n Conducting regular Academic audits for the centers
n Orientation programs for parents and teachers
n Ensuring high standards of quality at the centers
n Regular Mentoring of all centers in and around the territory assigned
n Ensuring regular teacher and CLO trainings for the assigned centers
n To maintain centers as per LMEPL norms
n n Desired Skills
n n Excellent command over English & Telugu.
n Should be familiar with the preschool industry
n Preschool Franchising knowledge, an added advantage
n The candidate should be comfortable with travelling for 15 days in a month
n Well versed with early childhood curriculum
