n Key Responsibilities
n n Drawing and Plan Verification:
n n n Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings and plans.
n Ensure ongoing construction activities are executed in strict accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
n Identify and resolve discrepancies between site execution and design documents, and ensure appropriate corrective measures are taken.
n n n Quality Issue Root Cause Analysis:
n n n Investigate quality-related issues to identify root causes and recurring problems in construction processes, materials, or workmanship.
n Coordinate with relevant departments (engineering, procurement, site execution) to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
n Monitor the effectiveness of corrective measures and ensure long-term resolution of issues.
n n n Design and Documentation Review:
n n n Participate in design reviews to ensure that quality requirements are considered in the early phases of the project.
n Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.
n Provide input on constructability, material selection, and compliance with quality standards.
n n n Inspection and Quality Testing:
n n n Coordinate and perform inspections of incoming raw materials and completed construction works.
n Apply established quality assurance models (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma,



or project-specific QA/QC plans) to validate compliance with project specifications and standards.
n Maintain thorough records of inspection results, test reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
n n Required Qualifications
n n Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical
n 3–8 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control within residential or commercial construction projects.
n Experience in real estate or high-rise building projects will be preferred.
n Knowledge of IS Codes, QA/QC procedures, construction methodologies, and building standards.
n Familiarity with concrete testing, finishing quality checks, waterproofing inspections, and structural quality control.
n Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction documentation.
n Robust analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
n Good communication and coordination abilities.

n n Strong understanding of QA/QC documentation and inspection processes.
n Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
