Job Description We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Marriage Counselor to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will support couples in navigating relationship challenges, improving communication, and building healthier partnerships.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Conduct individual and couple counseling sessions
n Assess relationship dynamics and identify core issues
n Develop structured therapy plans tailored to clients' needs
n Facilitate conflict resolution and communication strategies
n Maintain confidential client records and documentation
n Provide pre-marital and post-marital counseling support
n Conduct workshops or group sessions (if required)
n n Requirements:
n n Master's degree in Psychology / Counseling / Marriage & Family Therapy
n Relevant certification or license in counseling (preferred)




n 2–5 years of experience in marriage or relationship counseling
n Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
n High emotional intelligence and empathy
n Ability to handle sensitive cases with confidentiality and professionalism
n n Preferred Skills:
n n Experience with CBT, EFT, or other therapeutic approaches
n Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds
n Fluency in English and Hindi/Marathi (preferred)
