- Have a good understanding of Gen AI tech stack.
- Ability to build dashboards using AI tools that can automate status reporting, progress tracking and tracking risks.

- Establishes credibility with peers and senior managers and is a driving force for change across the organization.
- Ability to tie team objectives back to the broader organizational objectives and goals.




- Proven track record of influencing without authority while being adept at team member management and conflict management.
- Should have good knowledge of a software product development lifecycle.
- Recommend and champion process improvement with an intent to drive efficiency and optimisation.
- Knowledge of agile development techniques and project management tools.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Executive presentation skills are required
- Bias to action and willingness to question established processes in favour of optimisation and incorporation of industry-wide standard processes
- Ability to communicate in a geographically distributed setting with diverse collaborators such as Product marketing, Legal, Finance & Operations and function in ambiguous situations while bringing clarity.
