Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Dispatch Executive with proven experience in handling dispatch operations within an engineering or manufacturing setup.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire dispatch function from planning and documentation to coordination and compliance, ensuring seamless movement of goods from plant to customer with minimal delays and zero errors.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics preferred).
Experinece: min 3 to 6 years of experience in dispatch/logistics role in a manufacturing or engineering setup.
Work location: Pirangut in Pune

Responsibilites:
Plan and execute day to day dispatch operations based on delivery schedules and customer requirements.
Monitor packing, loading, and dispatch activities to maintain product quality and minimize damages in transit.




Ensure 100% accuracy in dispatch documentation like tax invoices, eway bills, packing lists, delivery challans, LR copies, gate passes, etc.
Listing about daily dispatches shortage materials & coordinate with concern departments to arrange it.
Maintain dispatch records, shipment trackers, and daily MIS reports.
Support audits and stock reconciliations related to dispatched goods.
Proficiency in ERP software (SAP S/4 Hana) and MS Excel. Familiarity with packaging and labeling standards.
Knowledge of GST, eway bills, and other logistics documentation. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Ability to handle high volumes and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
Must be able to work a versatile shifts
