Job Description:

we are looking for a candidate for the position of Sales & Marketing at our Delhi office for DELHI – NCR market.

Position : Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM

Key Skills & Qualifications

Communication : Excellent verbal and written skills for presentations, negotiations and client interaction.

Negotiation & Persuasion : Ability to close deals and influence decisions.

Organizational Skills : Time management, ability to manage a pipeline and sense of ownership.

Product Knowledge : Must of good technical and application knowledge of Polyester products.

Technical Proficiency : Command on Excel and PPT, Familiarity with software like – SAP and CRM

Industry Knowledge : > 8-10 year of work experience of NORTH in Polyester industry with understanding of market trends.

Self-Motivation : Drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Core Responsibilities





Lead Generation & Prospecting : Find new opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and marketing leads.

Sales Process Management : Schedule meetings, present products, conduct demos, and manage the sales pipeline.

Closing Deals : Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to secure sales.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent clients, providing support and gathering feedback.

Reporting & Analysis : Track sales activities, report on performance and data analysis to improve strategies.

Collaboration : Work with marketing and other teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.
