About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Operations & Reporting Lead to drive reporting excellence, business governance, documentation management, and operational coordination across the Supply function. This role will serve as the central point for consolidating business data,



generating leadership reports, managing reporting cadences, maintaining critical documentation, supporting strategic initiatives, and enabling informed decision-making through high-quality insights. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, thrives on bringing structure to ambiguity, and is passionate about building efficient business processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Business Reporting & Governance
- Own and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting calendars.
- Prepare leadership reports covering business performance, project timelines, cashflow, quality metrics, efficiency, OKRs, audits, closeouts, and strategic initiatives.
- Collect, validate and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.
- Design reporting templates and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
- Maintain reporting governance by tracking submission
