Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Underwriting and structuring the Real Estate Investment proposals (primarily for West Market)
through detailed due diligence.
Working closely with internal & external vendors for technical and valuation and legal counsels for
structuring.
Forecast and micro-market analysis and preparing detailed proposals for presenting to the
Investment committee.
Monitoring the investments (including utilization of funds/ collections) & identifying the early signs
of stress. Recommending and implementing corrective actions wherever needed.
Designing and implementing recovery strategy for enforcement.
Key Competencies:
Strong hold on Industry, financial & credit principles
Excellent in negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills
Solid financial modelling and analytical skills
