The Role




We are looking for a Chief of Staff to help drive BJAK's AI Neobank app expansion across products, markets and teams. This is a senior execution role for someone who can align leadership, drive operating cadence, solve cross-functional problems and turn strategy into measurable progress.

What You'll Own
- Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank app priorities. 
- Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking and accountability. 
- Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance and operations. 
- Prepare concise decision memos, board / leadership materials, execution plans and performance reviews. 
- Identify gaps, risks and dependencies before they become reliable blockers. 
- Help leadership make sharper trade-offs on people, capital, product and market priorities. 
- Own special projects that require senior judgem
