Job Description:

Position: Safety Officer

Location: Jhagadia near by ankleshwar

Experience: 1 - 5 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
- Fire prevention activities including fire system monitoring, equipment inspection, and conducting mock drills.
- Implementing and maintaining Process Safety Management (PSM) standards across operations.
- Executing daily safety officer activities such as safety rounds, toolbox talks, and PPE compliance checks.
- Conducting hazard identification, risk assessments, and ensuring safe operating procedures.
- Monitoring handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Preparing and maintaining safety documentation, permits, and audit records.
- Investigating incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes.
- Implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.




- Creating employee awareness through safety training and safety communication.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory safety regulations and promoting a zero-incident workplace.

Required Skills :-
- Good communication skill & record keeping.
- Valuable interpersonal skill.
- Practical/Good knowledge on various problem- solving Tools and its usage.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.SC - Chemistry + ADIS/PDIS

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
