We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations at our Dodaballapur facility. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in FMCG warehouse environments, strong command over WMS and ERP tools, and the ability to lead ground-level teams while maintaining operational discipline and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum space utilization and efficiency
- Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to maintain productivity and discipline
- Implement and monitor safety standards and regulatory compliance across the facility
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment and dispatch
- Track and report warehouse performance metrics; drive continuous process improvements
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments with accurate documentation and tracking
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams for smooth inventory flow
Skills & Competencies Required
- Solid working knowledge of FMCG warehouse operations and inventory management practices
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms
- Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Team leadership and workforce management capability
- Sound understanding of warehouse safety standards and compliance procedures
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
- Languages: Hindi, Kannada, and English (mandatory)
Qualifications
- MBA or relevant degree in Log
