Job Description:

Role Summary:

Looking for an experienced HR Generalist with solid exposure to industrial/manufacturing HR. The role involves end-to-end HR operations, labour law compliance, and shop-floor HR management.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end HR operations & recruitment
- Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Labour Laws)
- Industrial relations, grievance handling & employee engagement
- Payroll coordination, attendance & contract labour management
- HR documentation, MIS & audits

Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in HR / Personnel Management
Manufacturing/Plant HR experience mandatory
