Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Sr. Manager /DGM)

Reports To: GM - Accounts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee statutory compliance, tax filings, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST returns, TDS returns, and preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with GST laws.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filing of TDS returns within statutory timelines.
- Prepare and finalize financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.




- Liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation for tax and audit purposes.
- Provide financial analysis and support management in decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from ICAI.
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in taxation and financial reporting.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and other direct/indirect tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in corporate finance and budgeting.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling
