Job Title: Bengali Chef
Location: Bengalore
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Accommodation
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Bengali dishes as per restaurant/hotel standards
- Maintain taste, quality, and presentation of food
- Handle daily kitchen operations related to Bengali cuisine
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen area
- Manage raw material usage and reduce wastage
- Maintain stock and inform management for daily requirements
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience as Bengali Chef
- Knowledge of traditional Bengali veg & non-veg recipes
- Ability to work in a team and handle kitchen pressure
- Punctual and disciplined
