Job Title: State Head
Department: Business Operations / Sales & Collections

Reports To: Zonal Head / National Sales Head

? Key Responsibilities:

? Manage end-to-end operations including sales, credit, and collections across all branches in the state

? Set and monitor business targets for branch managers and ensure achievement of growth KPIs

? Build, lead, and motivate large sales and collections teams

? Drive business expansion by identifying potential markets and new locations

? Ensure adherence to NBFC policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines

? Develop strategic partnerships with local vendors, DSAs, and financial institutions

? Review MIS reports, analyze performance metrics,



and implement improvement plans

? Oversee risk management, credit quality, and delinquency control

? Conduct regular field visits and audits to ensure operational excellence

? Provide market feedback and assist in product customization for regional needs

? Requirements:

-
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field

8–12 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record in sales, operations, and collections management

-
Robust leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills

-
Excellent communication and team management abilities

-
Willingness to travel extensively across the state
