Product: STUL( Small ticket Unsecured loan)
Location: Surat
Education : Graduation Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales (preferably in DSA vertical)
Age Limit : Up to 32 years
Salary : Up to ₹8.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Source STUL business through the DSA channel.
- Manage and grow DSA relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure credit quality and policy compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth disbursement.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in unsecured loan / Business loan sales.
- Solid DSA network and market knowledge in Surat.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
