Job Description:

Design and Development:
- Create detailed mechanical designs and prototypes using CAD software.
- Develop and refine mechanical components and systems, ensuring they meet design specifications and performance requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate design concepts.

Testing and Analysis:
- Perform mechanical testing, including stress, thermal, and durability tests.
- Analyze test data to identify issues and optimize designs for performance and reliability.
- Use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and other simulation tools to predict system behavior and identify potential improvements.

Project Management:
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
- Document design processes, test results, and project milestones.

Problem-Solving:
- Identify and troubleshoot engineering issues throughout the design and manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement solutions to address mechanical failures and enhance system performance.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible for production and assembly.
- Recent project follow up, maintenance / chemical / packing / Followup with vendor / material quality check, preventive maintenance history maintain / new PM method to be implemented, shutdown work Followup with team,
ECR work to be followed ( energy conservation report), Boiler total work Followup, Insurance machine Followup / company followup, )
Government- GPCB / factory inspector / others work Followup and yearly Followup.
