Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor converting machines for test and production runs

Set parameters and perform basic adjustments for different job types

Perform routine maintenance and ensure machine readiness

Identify and report mechanical issues or malfunctions

Follow safety and operational standards on the shop floor
Candidate Profile:

Qualification: ITI in Mechanical, Fitter, or related trade

Experience: 2 to 3 years Hands-on experience in operating converting or packaging machines
