Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager / Head to identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across Real Estate, Hospitality, and Manufacturing Plant Setup domains.




The ideal candidate will lead feasibility studies, strategic partnerships, and end-to-end deal structuring to support MKC’s diversification and growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in Real Estate Development, Hotels/Resorts, and Industrial Projects.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and prepare financial projections for new ventures.
- Manage land sourcing, due diligence, and coordination with consultants and local authorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, investors, hotel operators, and industrial stakeholders.
- Lead JV/JDA negotiations, franchise tie-ups, and strategic partnerships.
- Support management in concept planning, project structuring, and investment proposals.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Projects teams for transaction closures and internal approvals.
