Job Description:

Student Care and Supervision:

Student Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, including during class, breaks, meals, and extracurricular activities.

Personal Assistance: Assist students with basic personal care needs, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support when necessary.

Health Monitoring: Monitor the physical health of students, including administering medication as required, and responding to medical or health emergencies.

Supervision: Oversee students during lunch, recess, and other free periods, ensuring their behavior is appropriate and they remain secure.

Behavior Management: Support teachers in maintaining discipline and managing students’ behavior, using positive reinforcement and conflict resolution strategies when needed.

Special Needs Support: Provide tailored care and attention to students with special needs or disabilities, assisting them with daily activities and learning tasks.

Emotional and Social Support:
