Job Description Position: Regional Manager – South India

n Role Overview
n Our client, a leading medical devices manufacturing firm, is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager – South to lead sales operations for its Energy Products division. The role involves driving regional revenue growth, managing and developing high-performing sales teams, and strengthening market presence across the South region of India.
n Regions Covered
n n Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh
n n Key Responsibilities
n n •Own and drive sales performance and revenue targets for the South regions
n Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
n Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team of minimum 4 to 5 members.
n Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, channel partners, and distributors




n Identify current business opportunities and expand market penetration for energy products
n Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
n Ensure effective forecasting, reporting, and review of sales performance
n Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives.
n n Education & Experience
n n MBA in Marketing (preferred)
n Minimum 10 years of total experience, with significant exposure to sales of energy products
n Proven experience in managing large geographies and leading sales teams
n n Key Skills & Competencies
n n Strong experience in selling energy products
n Demonstrated capability in team leadership and people management
n Strategic thinking with strong execution skills
n Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
n Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions
