Job Description Company Overview: Sisters in Sweat is building one of India's most exciting women-first sports and wellness communities through experiences that bring people together - from weekly sports sessions and workshops to tournaments, socials, and city-wide events.

n This role is ideal for candidates with experience in community operations, sports events, fitness communities, sports academies, running clubs, or member-led engagement programs.
n Job Title: Sports Community & Events Lead
n Office Location: Westminister Complex, Cunningham Rd, Bangalore
n Work Mode: WFO + Regular on-ground presence at events & sessions
n CTC Offered: Up to 8 LPA CTC (Subject to experience/last drawn)
n What You'll Do:
n Community Growth & Experience
n n Build and grow a highly engaged city community
n Create experiences members genuinely want to come back to
n Be the face of the community both on-ground and online
n Engage actively with members across WhatsApp and other community channels
n Build strong member relationships and gather feedback to continuously improve experiences
n n City Planning & Programming
n n Curate and publish monthly city calendars
n Plan a strong mix of sports sessions, workshops, tournaments, and social experiences
n Stay connected to city trends, culture, and community interests to keep programming fresh and relevant
n n Revenue & Business Performance
n n Track attendance, participation, and revenue performance regularly
n Build monthly projections and monitor city performance trends
n Drive growth of memberships and multi-sport packages (MSP)
n Use data and insights to improve participation, retention, and revenue performance
n n Operations & Execution
n n Ensure all sessions and events are accurately listed and live on the platform
n Manage smooth end-to-end execution of sessions, events, and experiences
n Be present on-ground during sessions and events to ensure quality and engagement
n Handle reschedules, cancellations, and operational challenges proactively
n n Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
n n Manage relationships with coaches, venues, and city partners
n Negotiate commercials and maintain strong partner coordination
n Ensure partners align with experience and operational expectations
n Maintain backup options for venues and coaches
n n Cross-Functional Collaboration
n n Work closely with marketing, brand, and communications teams on launches, campaigns, and event promotions
n Share on-ground insights and community feedback to improve campaigns and engagement
