Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Placement Assistant who will primarily focus on handling calls, follow-ups, and conversions for our placement services. This is a target-oriented role requiring strong communication skills, persistence, and fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to placement services
Conduct consistent and structured follow-ups with leads and candidates
Drive lead-to-conversion through effective communication and persuasion
Promote our placement services to both internal and external enquiries
Maintain regular touchpoints with candidates throughout the decision cycle
Ensure timely response and engagement across all assigned leads
Update call outcomes and progress in internal systems (Zoho Recruit / sheets)
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth candidate movement when required
Candidate Profile:
Solid interest and comfort in high-volume calling roles
Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills
Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory
High level of energy, persistence, and follow-through
Someone who thrives on targets and conversions
Ability to handle rejections and continue follow-ups effectively
Basic system knowledge (CRM tools preferred, not mandatory)
Requirements:
Any qualification – right attitude matters more than degree
Prior experience in calling / tele-sales / recruitment / counselling roles preferred
Experience in healthcare recruitment (Germany / UK markets) is an added advantage
