About the Rolen We're looking for a Creative Strategist who can bridge the gap between ideas and execution. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling campaigns, shaping brand narratives, and driving creative direction across digital and on-ground experiences.
Key Responsibilitiesn n Develop innovative campaign ideas across digital, social, and experiential platforms
n Translate brand objectives into clear, engaging creative strategies
n Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
n Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, insight-driven concepts
n Build pitch decks, campaign narratives, and presentations for clients
n Analyze trends, audience behavior,



and cultural insights to inform strategies
n Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints
n Work closely with clients/internal stakeholders to refine briefs and deliverables
n Requirementsn n 2–6 years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, or marketing
n Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, ideas, or strategic thinking
n Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
n Ability to think both creatively and analytically
n Understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and consumer behavior
n Experience in agencies, media, or brand-side roles preferred
n Strong communication and collaboration skills
n Nice to Haven n Experience with event marketing / experiential campaigns
n Familiarity with content production (video, social, etc.)
