n Curriculum Content Development
n • Design and write VOICE GermanTM curriculum documents across all four levels (A1–B2):
n session plans, learner workbooks, facilitator guides, and assessment rubrics — aligned to
n CEFR and Goethe/TELC standards
n • Develop nursing-specific language content: clinical vocabulary, patient interaction scripts, and
n scenario-based role-play content embedded at every level
n • Produce trainer certification materials — the documents that enable certified trainers to deliver
n the programme consistently across all cities
n • Maintain version control and document compliance standards; all materials vest
n Training Delivery — Mumbai Batches




n • Deliver VOICE GermanTM training to batches of nursing candidates in Mumbai — covering the
n full A1 through B2 pathway
n • Use a communicative and immersive methodology: speaking labs, scenario role-plays, mock
n exams, and weekly proficiency checks
n • Monitor individual learner progress and intervene early when a candidate is at risk
n • Prepare candidates comprehensively for Goethe-Institut or TELC B1 and B2 certification —
n pass rates are primary performance metrics
