Job Description We are seeking a Cyber Security Consultant with 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity
n consulting, technical presales, or security engineering. The ideal candidate will work closely
n with customers, sales teams, and technology partners to understand security requirements,
n recommend suitable solutions, conduct technical demonstrations, and support solution
n design activities. The role requires strong knowledge of modern cybersecurity technologies,
n excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into
n effective security architectures.
n Key Responsibilities
n Customer Engagement & Solution Consulting
n n Engage with customers to understand business, security, and compliance requirements.
n Recommend cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer objectives and security strategies.
n Conduct technical discussions, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
n Design security architectures and prepare solution recommendations.
n Support Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical evaluations, and customer workshops.
n Provide technical guidance throughout the sales and solution lifecycle.
n n Solution Design & Documentation
n n Prepare solution designs, architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and scope documents.
n Respond to RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and technical compliance requirements.
n Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and solution recommendations.
n Create customer presentations, technical documentation, and implementation recommendations.
n n Security Technology Expertise
n The candidate should possess working knowledge and consulting experience in the
n following domains:




n n Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR)
n Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
n Security Service Edge (SSE)
n Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
n Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)
n Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
n Email Security
n Cloud Security Fundamentals
n Identity and Access Management (IAM)
n Security Monitoring and Incident Response Concepts
n n Collaboration & Vendor Management
n n Work closely with sales teams to support customer opportunities and solution positioning.
n Coordinate with OEMs and technology partners for technical support and solution alignment.
n Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and technology roadmaps.
n Participate in internal technical enablement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
n n Required Skills
n n 3+ years of experience in Cyber Security Consulting, Technical Presales, Security Engineering, or related roles.
n Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, security architecture, and industry best practices.
n Good knowledge of Endpoint Security, DLP, SSE, Email Security, and Cloud Security solutions.
n Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, Proxy, SSL/TLS, and authentication protocols.
n Ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into security solutions.
n Strong presentation, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
n Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements.
n n Educational Qualifications
n n Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
n Relevant cybersecurity certifications will be an added advantage.
