n About the Role
n We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Executive who will be responsible for BOQ preparation, costing, and project coordination for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, estimation, and execution alignment.
n Responsibilities
n n Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project quotations
n Perform cost estimation and budgeting for interior projects
n Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams
n Ensure alignment between design plans and project costing
n Work with vendors to obtain pricing and material details
n Track project costs and support in cost control and optimization
n Assist in project planning and execution support
n Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and estimates
n n Qualifications
n n 2 – 5 years of experience in interior fit-out / estimation / quantity surveying
n Age below 32 years
n Background in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
n Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quotation preparation
n Experience in residential interior projects
n Good understanding of materials, costing, and execution workflow
n Strong analytical and communication skills
