We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant with 10–15 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably within a BPO/KPO, MVNO, Telecom, Digital Services, or high-volume B2C environment.

About the Role
n
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, robust financial controls, and efficient management of end-to-end accounting operations through finalization of accounts.

Responsibilities
n
N
- Finance & Accounting Leadership
N
- Lead and manage the end-to-end Finance & Accounting function.
N
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
N
- Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
N
- Develop and strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and accounting processes.
N
- Manage and mentor finance teams across multiple accounting functions.
N
- General Ledger & Financial Reporting
N
- Oversee General Ledger accounting and ensure accuracy of all financial records.
N
- Review journal entries,reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and accounting adjustments.
N
- Ensure timely closure of books and preparation of management reports.
N
- Prepare and review financial statements, schedules, and supporting documentation.
N
- Drive balance sheet integrity and periodic account reconciliations.
N
- Accounts Payable (AP)
N
- Manage vendor accounting, invoice processing, payment cycles, and vendor reconciliations.
N
- Ensure adherence to approval workflows and internal control requirements.
N
- Monitor payable aging and optimize working capital management.
N
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
N
- Oversee customer billing, collections, revenue accounting, and receivable management.
N
- Monitor aging reports, collection efficiency, and bad debt provisions.
N
- Implement controls to improve collection cycles and cash flow.
N
- FP&A; (Financial Planning & Analysis)
N
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
N
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
N
- Develop financial models and business performance dashboards.
N
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and business case evaluations.
N
- Financial Statements & Finalization
N
- Lead statutory financial statement preparation and annual account finalization.
N
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act requirements, and relevant accounting regulations.
N
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, tax, and compliance audits.
N
- Address audit observations and implement corrective actions.

- Taxation & Compliance
N
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
N
- Review tax filings, reconciliations, and regulatory submissions.
N
- Coordinate assessments,notices, and interactions with regulatory authorities.
N
- Monitor changes in tax and accounting regulations and assess their impact.
N
- Telecom / MVNO / B2C Finance Operations
N
- Manage accounting for high-volume transactions, customer billing, recharge/subscription revenue, commissions, channel partner settlements, and revenue assurance processes.
N
- Understand telecom/MVNO-specific revenue streams, cost allocations, interconnect charges, usage-based revenues, and customer lifecycle accounting.
N
- Support pricing, profitability analysis, and business performance monitoring.
N
- Ensure robust controls over revenue recognition and customer-related accounting.
N
- Internal Controls & Process Improvement
N
- Establish and strengthen SOPs across finance operations.
N
- Drive automation initiatives and ERP optimization.
N
- Improve efficiency, scalability, and control environment within finance processes.
N
- Partner with business and operational teams to streamline financial workflows.

Qualifications
n
N
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
N
- 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounting.
N
- Experience managing thecomplete accounting lifecycle through financial statement finalization.
N
- Strong experience in AP, AR, GL, FP&A;, financial reporting, and audits.
N
- Exposure to BPO/KPO, MVNO, Telecom, Digital Services, Subscription-based, E-commerce, FinTech, or large B2C businesses.
N
- Proven experience handling high-volume transaction environments.
N
- Robust understanding ofInd AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.
N
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.

- Advanced proficiency inExcel and financial modeling.
