n Role - Sales Executive
n Location- Tirupati
n Responsibilties:-
n 1. Responsible for achieving daily / weekly / monthly targets as specified by the BM
n 2. Maintain & follow grooming standards as specified in the SOP Manual
n 3. Adhere to Enquiry Management & Booking Process as specified in the SOP Manual
n 4. Responsible for handling enquiries through Walk-in, Telephonic, Email, City PSA & Travel Agents
n 5. Ensure that the customer is provided with complete details pertaining to the product & cost 6. Responsible for relationship building and servicing the city PSA & TAs
n 7. To maintain query turnaround time as per SOP
n 8. Initiate tele sales calls for follow-ups & closure of sales bookings
n 9. Responsible for coordinating with the service team for the post-sale process
n 10. Maintain Daily Sales Report
n 11. Responsible to maintain their enquiries in a database for future follow-ups and to regularly send emails on new offers
n 12.



Responsible for maintaining Customer Satisfaction levels @ min 95% during the entire customer interaction
n 13. Adhere to company policy and systems
n 14. Ensure zero monetary losses by cancellation of liabilities and timely collections
n 15. Ensure minimal risk-related exposure for the organisation by doing all necessary due diligence.
n 16. Ensure compliance to systems and processes as per audit requirements.
n 17. Ensuring Business Losses are reduced.
n 18. Attending to customer escalations and resolving them in a timely manner.
n 19. Identify recent revenue generation opportunities for distribution expansion and ensuring repeat business opportunities
n 20. Understanding the market and gaining competition insights and accordingly changing plans and strategy.
n Requirments:-
n HSC/ Bachelors degree in any related field.
n 1 to 3 years of experience in travel sales
n Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle enquiries across multiple channels.
